Looking for Husky Pride in The Outsiders

Okay, Husky Scholars. I have a brainbuster for you...

If the Greasers and the Socs were students at OGMS, which ones would you consider the best Husky Citizens? Which characters are RICH?

What do you think? I'm interested in hearing your opinions. I bet Ms. Sbrocco will be interested as well.

Stay Gold, Huskies.

I think that they both have pride. The Greasers have pride in who they are, and they don't start random fights like the Socs... But the socs aren't bad people. They also show a lot of pride by doing really well in school and most of them aren't too mean to the greasers. They both have self respect and pride for who they are, but they need to be more aware of the people around them.

I think that in different ways both groups are Husky-Pride like, but then again they both do some very unhusky-pride like things. For example, when Johnny decides to turn himself in, I that was very RICH. I totally agree with Hayley!!!! See yas! ~Hannah

I am with Hannah! It all depends on when you catch who doing what! Like it says in the book. The Socs are in the paper one day for getting in trouble and the next for being amazing. I do think The Greasers have just a bit more HP. If you think about it, they have less than the Socs, but they still hold there own. They have to take Responsibility for themselves. Johnny turning himself in, very Husky pride. But then again, we only know this group of Greasers and Socs. We may have groups of people, but we have subgroups to!
